SENIOR COMMUNITY

Our Seniors’ Community, consisting of former managers who have held executive roles in their careers and who wish to pass on their extensive professional knowledge and skills to young people entering the business world for the first time, has been operational since 2016.

In addition, seniors are involved in our services by applying a project-specific match according to the industry sector and the senior's relevant background. The approach involves the transfer of good practices learnt during their extended career by creating the conditions for scaling up projects and activities in the large enterprise. The mission includes the democratisation of business knowledge for the benefit of small and medium-sized enterprises that need tools to grow and become managerial.
